Is mobile IV therapy safe?

Yes. Every session is administered in your home, office, or hotel by a licensed registered nurse (RN) under physician oversight. Your nurse reviews a brief medical intake before treatment and monitors you throughout the 45–60 minute visit.

Who administers the drip?

A licensed registered nurse (RN) administers every drip. Our nurses work under the oversight of our Medical Director, Dr. Tej Mudigonda, MD.

What happens if I have a reaction or feel unwell?

Your RN stays with you for the entire session and is trained to respond if you feel unwell — pausing or stopping treatment as needed. For any medical emergency, call 911.

Does insurance cover this?

We accept HSA and FSA cards. We do not bill private insurance directly, and most elective wellness IV therapy is not covered by insurance — but your HSA or FSA may apply.

Can you come to a hotel or office?

Yes. We're a mobile concierge service — your nurse comes to your home, office, or hotel anywhere in our Southern California service area.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. The $50 deposit that holds your slot is credited toward your visit and is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
