At Wellness for Love, we are committed to providing exceptional mobile IV therapy and wellness services. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Cancellation Policy

Booking an appointment requires a $50 reservation deposit, which is credited in full toward your visit. The deposit is the only amount collected at the time of booking — the balance of your visit is settled after a completed treatment.

24+ Hours' Notice — Full Refund

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time, you may do so free of charge, and your $50 reservation deposit is refunded in full to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Within 24 Hours or No-Show — Deposit Forfeited

Cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window before your appointment forfeit the $50 reservation deposit. No further charges apply.

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. Rescheduling is free of charge when requested at least 24 hours before your appointment; changes made within the 24-hour window are subject to the cancellation terms above. To reschedule, contact us via phone, SMS, or through our website. Rescheduled appointments are subject to provider availability.

Refunds After Service Delivery

Service Satisfaction

Because IV therapy involves the administration of fluids and nutrients that cannot be "returned," refunds are generally not available once a treatment has begun or been completed. However, we take your satisfaction and safety seriously.

Incomplete Treatments

If a treatment cannot be completed due to medical reasons (e.g., inability to establish IV access, adverse reaction requiring discontinuation), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. Our nursing staff will document the circumstances, and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Service Quality Concerns

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund, credit toward a future service, or a complimentary re-treatment at our discretion.

Please include your name, appointment date/time, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

• All approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
• If you paid by a method other than credit/debit card, refund arrangements will be made on an individual basis.

Promotions and Gift Certificates

• Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates are eligible for refund at the price actually paid, not the full retail value.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable and do not expire.

Force Majeure

In the event that we must cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, or provider emergency), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will govern that transaction.
